General

All orders are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. All confectionery described on the web site are only a general overview of the products and may differ slightly from the description.

Descriptions and illustrations on this web site are only intended to give a general idea of the products available and therefore specifications may vary.

Ordering online

To order, just browse through the web site and choose your favourite confectionery to order. Once your order has been processed, your goods will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders are accepted from customers in the UK and payment must be in Sterling and by card only. We accept most major credit and debit cards. We use PayPal for all transactions and have NO record of any financial data, only confirmation of your order.

Privacy

My Sweet Candy Store does not give customers details to any third party and email addresses are only used by us if the customer required further information from us including special offers or new products.

Returns

Should you find you are not entirely satisfied with the confectionary you have received from MY SWEET CANDY STORE please let us know and return them within 7 days and we will replace them or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
